Operation:
1. Negotiation: item design, quantity, material, size, quality, price, delivery time, payment term, ect.
2. Place an order: sign the contract and pay for the deposite.
3. Production: according contract to build the mould. We send mould design to customer approval before move forward to production.
4. Trial shoot sample: we send samples to customer to /confirm/i first. If the first sample come out is not satisfied customer, we modify the mould and until meet customers satisfactory.
5. Package: we shall clean and oil the mould and put it in the wooden case.
6. Delivery: delivery goods by sea or by air, according customers requirement.
